A logistics company based in the UAE has released its annual report on a fleet battery upgrade project. The company’s fleet operates in desert regions where summer temperatures often exceed 50℃. Traditional lead-acid batteries lasted less than six months on average, with frequent replacements driving up operating costs.
In 2025, the company replaced all heavy-duty truck batteries with JSTARY 48V lithium batteries. After a full summer of testing, the batteries performed stably under extreme heat, with zero vehicle breakdowns caused by battery failure. Battery life is expected to exceed five years, with maintenance costs reduced by 90%.
“A breakdown in the desert can be fatal,” said the Operations Director. “JSTARY batteries have eliminated our heat-related failure concerns. Drivers now cross desert highways with confidence.”
