Dallas-based long-haul fleet operator Texas Road Haulers announced this week that its adoption of the 24V 300Ah truck parking lithium battery has slashed idling-related fuel costs by a staggering 70% in just three months. Designed to power cab AC, fridges, and electronics for up to 18 hours on a single charge, the battery eliminates the need for drivers to idle engines overnight at rest stops. “We’re saving over $1,200 per truck annually on fuel alone,” said fleet manager Mike Henderson. “Plus, we’re cutting down on engine wear and meeting California’s strict anti-idling regulations without a hitch.”
