Army veteran and former trucker Mike Carter has launched a new business in Atlanta selling the 24V 300Ah lithium battery to fellow owner-operators. Carter, who served in the U.S. Army for 10 years before hitting the road, noticed a gap in the market for reliable, affordable parking power solutions. “I saw too many drivers struggling with dead batteries or sky-high fuel bills from idling,” Carter said. “Now, I’m helping veterans and truckers save money while making their trips more comfortable.” His business, Vet Truck Power, offers free installation for military veterans and a 2-year warranty on all battery sales.
