The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has highlighted the 24V 300Ah truck parking lithium battery as a key solution for curbing idling-related emissions. A recent EPA study found that idling heavy-duty trucks emit over 1,000 pounds of carbon dioxide per year per vehicle—pollution that the lithium battery eliminates entirely. “This technology aligns perfectly with our goal of cutting transportation emissions by 50% by 2030,” said EPA spokesperson Linda Carter. Major truck stops across the Midwest, including Pilot Flying J, are now installing charging stations for the battery to support eco-conscious drivers.
