Latest company news about Australian Mining Company Deploys JSTARY Smart Battery System, Remote Monitoring Boosts Site Operational Efficiency

A major mining company in Western Australia has completed a six-month battery upgrade pilot, replacing batteries in transport and service vehicles at its remote site with JSTARY 48V lithium batteries, integrated with a smart monitoring platform. Located in an area where summer temperatures often exceed 45℃, vehicle repair response times are long, making battery reliability critical.

Through the JSTARY smart monitoring system, fleet managers at the headquarters can view real-time battery status for each vehicle, including voltage, temperature, state of charge, and state of health. The system automatically sends alerts when temperature anomalies or low charge conditions occur, enabling proactive maintenance scheduling and preventing on-site breakdowns. During the pilot, vehicle downtime caused by battery issues dropped significantly, along with repair and recovery costs.

“Remote monitoring has transformed our management approach,” said the Fleet Manager. “Previously we relied on driver reports. Now we see all battery status from our office. JSTARY batteries also perform stably under high temperatures – perfectly suited to mining environments.”
