Western European Logistics Company Deploys JSTARY Smart Battery System, Cuts Fuel Costs by 15% and Achieves Digital Flee

A Netherlands-based urban logistics company has announced significant results from its electrification upgrade project. Operating over 80 urban delivery trucks that face hundreds of stop-start cycles daily, fuel costs and management complexity have long been operational challenges.

In 2025, the company deployed JSTARY 48V lithium batteries and the accompanying smart monitoring platform across its fleet. Following the upgrade, overall fleet fuel consumption dropped by 15%, thanks to the lightweight battery design and optimized start-stop coordination. More importantly, the smart monitoring platform enabled remote digital management of all vehicle battery status, improving maintenance efficiency by 40% and reducing unexpected downtime by 60%.
