Remote Diagnostic Function Saves Nordic Fleet 80% on On-Site Repair Costs

A transport company serving remote areas of northern Sweden has praised the remote diagnostic capability of JSTARY smart batteries. The company’s vehicles operate across vast regions, with many locations over 300 km from the nearest service center, making on-site rescue extremely expensive.

The JSTARY smart monitoring platform allows technicians to remotely access complete battery diagnostic data, including voltage curves, temperature history, and charge/discharge logs. Over the past year, 23 battery-related alerts occurred; 18 were confirmed via remote diagnosis as false alarms or non-urgent issues requiring no dispatch. Only five were confirmed as actual failures, with technicians bringing correct parts for one-time repairs. On-site repair costs dropped by 80%, and average response time fell from 48 hours to 6 hours.
