Australian Fleet Uses JSTARY Health Prediction Feature to Reduce Unscheduled Downtime by 65%

An Australian mining service fleet has announced maintenance efficiency gains following the introduction of JSTARY smart batteries. The fleet’s vehicles make high-frequency trips between mines and processing plants, with intense battery usage. The JSTARY smart monitoring platform’s health prediction feature estimates remaining battery life in days based on historical data. The maintenance team uses this to create a “predictive replacement schedule,” automatically scheduling replacement 72 hours before batteries reach critical condition. Following implementation, unscheduled downtime due to battery issues dropped by 65%, with related recovery costs falling by 80%.
