A logistics company specializing in cross-border transport in Eastern Europe has shared its winter operational experience. The company’s fleet operates between Poland, Ukraine, and western Russia, where winter temperatures drop to -25℃ and roads are rough with constant vibration. Previously, lead-acid batteries suffered from internal plate damage due to vibration and frequent cold-start failures.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, the company upgraded all vehicles to JSTARY 48V lithium batteries. During the 2025-2026 winter season, vehicle start success rates reached 99.5%, with no vibration-related battery failures. The lightweight battery design also added dozens of kilograms of cargo capacity per vehicle.
“JSTARY’s vibration resistance and low-temperature start capability exceeded our expectations,” said the company’s Technical Director. “Our drivers report that even on the coldest mornings, the vehicle starts on the first try.”
